I am totally impressed with the level of service i received this evening. Not only was i able to speak to a person on the phone straight away but i was also taken care of after hours to enable me to complete my order and receive it before Christmas!!! I just wanted to thank you for the excellent service with regard to the things we got from you. They arrived on Tuesday morning first thing and the kids are delighted with them. Thanks too for all the leaflets that accompanied the items. My daughter’s teacher has been a clown and he encourages the children to learn how to use a variety of things like the diabolo. She took it into school on Wednesday and he said he was going to look for his. He has also encouraged the children to learn to ride a unicycle, which Ruth has managed to do so it was great to be aware of the event coming up in Wellington this summer.
You bent over backwards for us and I appreciate that and will recommend your site to friends.

Wow, what can I say. After those fun and games sorting out which contact ball to get... thank you so much for all your help :D ... my order arrived this morning, which is pretty impressive as I only ordered it yesterday, and it had to travel the length of the North Island... so full marks! Stuff I have ordered from Auckland and Wellington hasn’t arrived so quickly. The link for the contact juggling was also very cool, I have downloaded it, so I can watch it at will... and now I have to go and play.
